  Seaside Capes in Magnificent Deep Cove 
The development of the future in magnificent Deep Cove: We listened to our clients, and this is what we heard: "We dream of owning a south shore seaside- home near Chester; an easy commute to Halifax. No shared living; not a duplex, privacy is important to us. We prefer a traditional free-standing home...at least 2 bedrooms, ensuite & walk in closet, 2 baths, of course, cathedral ceilings, open concept kitchen & great room, a fireplace for fireside dining & entertaining... radiant-in floor heating, private outside decks, stunning ocean views and, of course, access for the boat. We like to be free to travel, so we want a place that is easy to rent or leave without any worries. We don't want more work; we want less, and we want up-keep to be someone else's problem."
In answer to that, we designed a traditional free-standing cape style house, combined that with purchase structure of a condo corporation, and located them beside the ocean in magnificent Deep Cove, near Chester and Halifax.
